We hope this message finds you well, and you are all having a safe and happy holiday! We wanted to inform you about an important update regarding our membership rates.
We were notified by our new Property Managment that starting in the new year, our gym will be facing a substantial rent increase, double the amount we currently pay. Despite this challenge, we want to assure you that all existing memberships will continue at their current rates until they expire.
In order to navigate these new financial demands and sustain our operations, we find it necessary to implement annual increases going forward. Effective January 1st, all our membership packages will increase by $10.
We understand that change is never easy, and after almost four years without any membership adjustments, we wish we could maintain our current prices. Many gyms increased their rates post COVID to offset the financial losses they experienced, but we kept ours the same. However, under these current circumstances, introducing a minimal rate increase annually to adjust for these changes are crucial for us to keep our doors open and continue providing you with the quality of service you have come to expect.
